The package was delivered the day of the tournament, so no jerseys. A good company would have provided an accurate delivery estimate and made sure it was on time since it was their mistake for the delay and they were the ones sending constant emails with the delivery date of 6/13. This left me guessing how long it would take because I did not know when it would arrive. Oh we don't have tracking information until UPS picks it up. When will it be delivered, because I need it by 6/17. Ok where's my package? Oh it's being shipped today. Sorry we don't talk over the phone to customers and find it more effective to communicate through live Chat. All I wanted was 10 shirts delivered to me in time for our tournament and wanted to expedite whatever was possible From Epic. I also indicated that messing up a custom order was not a situation beyond their control and that I wanted to discuss the matter with a live person over the phone. Well after several hours and no response back I started a new live Chat asking for an update. I was asked if it was ok for them to email me the status and I agreed thinking it would be a quick response. I had to live chat with a customer service rep, who indicated that they had messed up one of the shirts in the order and that she had emailed the manager in charge of that Department. The only way to communicate with this company is through live chat. I then tried to call customer service on 6/14 and found out they did not have a phone number for me to find out the reason for the delay and whether the package would arrive in time. Had I known this, I would have cancelled the order and tried a different option knowing the delivery was in jeopardy. This email came the day it was supposed to be delivered, meaning they already knew beforehand that the package had not even shipped and that there was a problem with the order. Then I received an email on 6/13 that said "we are sorry, but circumstances beyond our control has delayed your order and we will let you know when the package will be shipped". Epic sent multiple updates telling me the order was being prepared and with the same delivery date (6/13) right up until the date it was supposed to be delivered. I was given an estimated delivery date of June 13th after I placed the order online which was 4 days before I needed them. I checked to make sure they could get them to me in time before I placed the order and was assured, they would make it. I ordered10 jerseys with custom printing on May 28 for a tournament I had on June 17th. I would rather pay a little more and actually receive my order and have good customer service.No live person to talk to when there was a problem ![]() I HAVEN'T received it!!!! I will not order from them again despite their low prices. Funny thing is I received a customer service email from them regarding if I loved my product. I have received orders from China faster. By the time I get this it will almost be 2 months past my order date and 1 month past their orignal delivery date. I just received a text that my order had finally been shipped today. They told me on the phone that they would receive the helmet last thursday and it would be shipped as soon as they received it. I also filed another complaint for resolution through their website and have yet to hear back. The had no intention of making this right, despite ordering for our multiple comp baseball teams from them in the past. Despite it being 3 weeks over due! They said that "they do not do this". I have contacted customer service and they had the excuse that it was the suppliers fault. I figured I had plenty of time to receive the additional helmet and their website gave me a shipping date that would work perfect. I had originally ordered all of our helmets for our team and we had one player that his did not fit. I am still waiting! Our games started 2 weeks ago. ![]()
